Mark spent 11 years in senior management positions for EasyTurf, the leading manufacturer of artificial turf. The Alterra team has over 30 years of experience in the landscape design/build field. Alterra was founded to provide San Diegans with a cost-effective, quality oriented option for their for landscape needs.
